How it Works
We guide you seamlessly from initial consultation through completed installation. The process begins with a complimentary phone discussion to understand your goals, budget, and timeline, followed by an in-person site visit for detailed measurements and collaborative brainstorming. A comprehensive proposal with cost estimate follows promptly. For larger projects, we create immersive 3D renderings to visualize the proposed design accurately. Upon approval, our in-house team schedules and executes the build with meticulous attention to detail.
Project Design & Build Process
1. Initial Contact
We discuss your vision, budget, and project direction over the phone to prequalify and schedule an in-person consultation.
2. On-Site Consultation
Our designer visits your property, walks the space with you, takes precise measurements, and refines ideas for landscape, hardscape, or enhancements.
3. Proposal & Design
Our team gets to work right away to send you a detailed proposal. For qualifying projects, we develop a full 3D rendered design (delivered in approximately two weeks).
4. Design Presentation
We review the proposal and renderings together, refining as needed. Features are tailored to your budget for efficient approval; major projects may require an additional in-person review.
5. Approval & Scheduling
Upon acceptance and request modification if desired, we waive the design fee and apply your deposit. Projects are typically scheduled 3–4 months in advance (waitlists may extend this).
6. Pre-Construction
Clients receive advance notice of the exact start date; optional pre-construction walkthroughs ensure readiness.
7. Installation
Our team executes the build professionally, maintaining clear communication throughout.
8. Final Walkthrough & Final Payment
We conduct a thorough final review together. Payment structure includes progress draws (larger projects over $20K often feature 3–5 draws); final payment completes the process. We accept check or cash only.
